The Taylor’s & Company 1860 Henry is a faithful full-size reproduction of the iconic Civil War-era lever-action rifle, manufactured in Italy by Uberti and imported by Taylor’s & Company. Built in .44-40 Winchester, this rifle features a 24.25″ tapered octagonal barrel with a classic blued finish, paired with a polished brass receiver and an integrated magazine tube that holds 13+1 rounds.

The action is a traditional lever design operated from the right hand, feeding from a non-detachable under-barrel tubular magazine – the same layout that made the original Henry rifle famous in the 1860s. The barrel is chambered in .44-40 Win with a slow 1:36″ twist. Sights consist of a blade front and a dovetail ladder rear, both period-correct and adjustable for elevation.

The stock is a fixed, full-length walnut forend paired with a matching walnut buttstock in a warm brown finish, secured to the brass receiver and giving this Henry its unmistakable heirloom appearance. The rifle has an overall length of 43.25″ and weighs 9 lbs, balancing nicely for offhand shooting, range work, and Cowboy Action matches.
