Description

The TacFire SS-RK308-LPK-18BN AR-10 Build Kit packages the upper assembly, lower parts, furniture, and bolt carrier group needed to assemble a complete 308 Winchester semi-auto rifle on the popular DPMS-pattern AR-10 platform. This builder’s bundle pairs a precision 18″ barrel in black nitride with everything else required to finish the build once a stripped lower receiver is in hand.

Up front, the kit includes a 308 Win barrel with NIB extension finished in black nitride and threaded 5/8×24 for suppressor or muzzle device fitment. The upper assembly is built around a .308 DPMS low-profile stripped upper receiver (Gen 3) and topped with a 15″ .308 low-profile slim M-LOK handguard for modern accessory mounting. The package is completed with an AR-10/.308 charging handle (aluminum body, steel latch), an AR-10 dust cover, and an AR-15 forward assist.

For the lower build, the kit supplies a Mil-Spec aluminum buffer tube, Mil-Spec/commercial steel castle nut, AR-15 standard receiver end plate, and an AR-10 3.8 oz heavy buffer with tube spring. Furniture is rounded out with an AR-15 Mil-Spec M4-style 6-position stock featuring a QD sling swivel and butt pad, plus an AR-15 enhanced pistol grip. A .308 lower parts kit (less grip) provides the small components needed to assemble your lower receiver, and a DPMS-profile AR-10 bolt carrier group ties the action together.
