Description

The Crickett KSA2245 Youth is a purpose-built single-shot bolt-action rimfire rifle from Keystone Sporting Arms designed to introduce young and small-statured shooters to the shooting sports in 22 LR.

Built around a 16.12″ stainless steel barrel paired with a stainless steel receiver wearing a blued finish, the KSA2245 delivers reliable performance with corrosion-resistant materials that stand up to years of outdoor use. The black synthetic stock rounds out the package. An overall length of 30″ and a trim 3 lb weight make the rifle easy for younger shooters to shoulder, carry, and manage at the range.

Sighting is handled by a classic fixed front blade and an adjustable rear peep, giving young shooters a simple, intuitive sight picture for both plinking and small-game hunting. The black synthetic fixed stock features an 11.5″ length of pull properly sized for youth, and a single-stage trigger keeps the manual of arms straightforward.

Safety is provided by a rebounding firing pin that automatically returns to the safe position after each shot, and the action is configured for right-hand use. As a true single-shot, the KSA2245 feeds one round at a time, making it an ideal training and hunting/target platform under adult supervision.
